Our workshop is located inside Madina workshop No. 1 in Salwa industrial area and provides all kinds of valve repair and testing services. Our workshop can be easily reached by our valued clients operating in Doha, Ras Laffan, Messaieed and Dukhan regions.
Workshop
SGQ has competent valve technicians who are experienced and specialised in control valves, isolation valves, SDV, choke repair work and related calibration & instrumentation work at onshore and offshore locations. Being the sole agent for Severn Glocon Valves in Qatar, our technicians are trained and supported by Severn Glocon technical team.
Mobile Unit
The mobile container workshop is Severn Glocon Qatars new product, allowing us to bring our workshop to the clients location. It has the facilities to overhaul safety valves with the provision of bib crane capacity of 500 kgs. This workshop is equipped with carefully selected, multi-purpose equipment and tools, and can test valves from 3/4 – 12″. It contains a portable in-situ grinding machine, nozzle remover, pneumatic high pressure booster pump, lapping and polishing machine, orbit lapping and grinding machine, work benches and more.
